IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES: STUDY OF LAND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES IN ANJATAN DISTRICT, INDRAMAYU REGENCY

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process and quality of land administration services in Anjatan District, Indramayu Regency. The research design used was descriptive-qualitative data collection conducted by interviews, several surveys through written questions and tests, criteria and documentation. The collected data will be analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data classification and data processing qualitatively. The results of the study showed that the service was carried out with a sporadic approach based on community requests, this was due to the government's ability to carry out a systematic approach to being limited. Indicators of Service Quality generated Timeliness of service, Transparency, Service accuracy, politeness, ease of getting services, security and comfort completeness of infrastructure and facilities that must be owned in land administration, namely the need for a computerized system from the sub-district because it is recommended to improve the quality of land services needed to improve the capacity of the sub-district apparatus in particular the use of effective land administration applications.
