Abstract

This study analyzes compensation, and leadership on employee performance. This research is expected to be used as one of the considerations in making policy regarding compensation issues, and leadership on the performance of Hotel employees. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect between compensation for performance. There is a significant influence between the work environment on performance. The significant influence between compensation and leadership on performance. Regression coefficient value of leadership variable (0.559) greater than compensation variable regression coefficient (0.439). This means that the leadership variable has a greater influence than the compensation variable.
